Such a Feast!

This correspondent derives great joy in making the Thanksgiving Feast for loved ones. In particular we like to find recipes that pay tribute to the traditional board, but with a twist:

  • Beer-Brined Apple-Smoked Turkey
  • Wild Rice with Turkey Stock and Raisins
  • Braised Spinach with Bacon and Onion
  • Cranberry-Orange Relish
  • Blackberry Pie

And a nap (completely traditional).
